BFT Training Unlimited, Inc provides technical training, licensing and certification to individuals and businesses in the maritime
and aviation industries, throughout the world, as well as, to associated international organizations, national administrations, and
non-governmental groups. BFT operates through three divisions: (1) Elkins Institute, in business for nearly 50 years, conducts license
examinations as a Commercial Operator License Examination Manager (COLEM) representing the Federal Communications Commission
(FCC) through over 150 affiliate sites in the U.S., including numerous Community Colleges and Technical Schools. Elkins Institute also
publishes related communications books; (2) Elkins Training Company, conducts the actual courses for those seeking FCC and
a London, UK company, provides maritime training institutions throughout the world with franchise training packages, which
include curriculum, training materials and instructor courses for conducting specific courses at their institutions.
